a salon33 update
As we all continue to feel the impact of COVID-19, we want to share with you the steps we’re taking at salon33 to help protect the health and safety of our clients and our team, which is always our top priority.
We’re closely monitoring local and national reports on the evolving impact of COVID-19 and, based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization and other credible public health agencies, we’ve implemented other sanitation practices in addition to those governed by the State Board of Cosmetology.
Our housekeeping and sanitation efforts at salon33 have been dramatically expanded. We’re frequently disinfecting often-touched surfaces such as door handles, counter-tops, keypads, restroom surfaces, break room areas, and client waiting areas. We’re requiring all of our stylists, receptionists and visitors (and we urge everyone) to follow the CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of the infection.
We will do our best to protect ourselves and our clients. We do ask that you also take precautions. If you have a weak immune system or are considered high risk according to the CDC please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule any appointments you may have or assist you in the best we can.
We feel deeply for those who have been affected by this virus. Thankfully, as of now, we’re not aware of any salon33 staff or clients contracting COVID-19. We have implemented guidelines that instruct any team member who may develop symptoms or come into contact with infected individuals to stay home and follow the CDC’s instructions.
We are open for any product purchases through our website, mobile site and Facebook during this time to meet the needs of our clients. Our staff is currently operating limited hours remotely to stay in touch with anyone that may have any questions or need any assistance.
Again, the health and safety of our clients and staff remain our top priority and we’re committed to doing our part to help keep everyone safe.
In addition, please keep the following in mind:
All of our staff have been asked to actively practice any and all local stay-home recommendations and to avoid all public high-risk areas via local and CDC guidelines.
We are making active efforts to disinfect salon33 and all common areas thoroughly to prepare for a re-open date.
There will be disinfecting/cleaning supplies on-hand throughout salon33 for the use of any client or staff member to use during their visit for their safety.
Stay safe & take care of each other,
Danielle Cash & Cory Elliot
